Our fully servo driven Vindicator is all the power packed high performance machine you will ever need, loaded with more features than any machine anywhere - in any price range. With the precise control it offers it is the ultimate for specialty printers desiring repeatable award quality output.

The combination of SERVO DRIVEN INDEXING, SERVO DRIVEN LIFT AND LOWER, and SERVO DRIVEN PRINT HEADS assures superior print consistency, impeccable registration and high speed smooth production cycles. The patented servo driven print heads and servo lift and lower add possibilities never seen before.

For example, program in the exact squeegee print speed, start position, and end position. Program in specific multiple stroke instructions, up to 99 strokes (perfect for building layers). Program in more than one off contact position for each job - print, automatically change off contact then print stroke again great for thick inks. And, after you tweak out a job, save all these parameters for the next time you print it or a similar job.

The Windows powered operating system with hi-tech touch screen control panel interface tremendously reduces set up times not only through quick access to all programmable features, but also by storing repeat print job parameters.

As with all Anatol machines the Vindicator is engineered and built strong for durability and to promote printer profitability through the best print speed and quality in its class. It is built on our heaviest duty frame, including the large circumference hardened steel center shaft and ultra-heavy duty print heads and pallet arms. This construction is then combined with our heaviest duty servo indexing system and components. The result is flawless quality at exceptional speeds.

Safety features include

- Laser and bar protection system at each station.

- Stop buttons on each print head and main panel.

- Alert lights on each print head to immediately direct operator to head causing the safety stop.

Options and Accesories

• Tool-less individual head off contact (IHOC). Simply turn IHOC knobs a specific number of clicks to individually control the off contact on any head. Purchase for one, all or any number of specific heads.
  

• Screen width extenders. These allow for the use of wider screens, and facilitate a wider maximum image area.
  

• Flash Cure Units. We highly recommend the use of the Accu-Temp Quartz Flash with the Vindicator because it further simplifies set up through the availability to monitor and program maximum temperature the substrate should reach. This also allows for reduced electrical consumption, less excess heat in the shop, and less wasted time waiting for a flash (because you KNOW when it`s done, you don`t have to estimate). However, a full range of flash cures is available for use with the Vindicator including the Medium Quartz Rapid Wave Flash.
  

• The Servo Driven Medium Quartz Q-Runner Flash is available when flashing and printing on the same head are desired. This can add versatility to your press. Great for adding flash capability without reducing the color capacity.
  

• Pallets. Numerous sizes are available in a variety of styles including Quick Release, slide clamping style, youth, sleeve, double sleeve, all-over and jacket hold down. We can make a custom pallet for your application.
  

• Jumbo size it. The Vindicator`s standard maximum image size of 20" x 28" can be increased per your requirements.
  

• We can customize an entire press for your application. Need a different print stroke length? We can add it. You will never use a specific station as a print head? We can remove it.
