SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE MARKET, THE TRIDENT OBTAINS TREMENDOUS SPEED AND SMOOTHNESS THROUGH THE SPECIFIC APPLICATION OF THESE KEY STANDARD FEATURES:
Our heaviest duty wide circumference center post made of hardened steel.
Our heaviest duty thick gauge steel frame construction. Check out our pallet arms, they`re not designed just to be a reproduction of other high performance machines on the market. They are designed to be the strongest.
Our heaviest duty servo indexer designed to complement the strength and weight requirements of the heavy steel frame.
And to keep this high performance machine printing more hours of each day, we provide extensive end of head control to minimize set up time. In addition to the test print feature, you have independent control of squeegee up/down and flood bar up/down, and front to rear movement of the print head carriage. In addition to controlling indexing, control half indexing. Also control machine stop, print speed, flood speed, pneumatic screen clamping, squeegee pressure, freewheel mode, and table lift and lower. You get all this control without the need of returning to the main control panel.
A1) PRECISE, EASY-TO-USE SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Main control panel. With its carefully laid out switches the main control panel provides for fast set ups and quick adjustments through the easy-to-access machine parameters which follow common sense logic.
> Main control panel uses only membrane switches, which combined with our microprocessor, can control more features with greater speed than outdated toggle switches.
> While running, the LED display shows operating status, mode, print speed, and shirt counter.
> Among other functions the keypad and display control and self-diagnose: 1) Automatic sequential start/finish, 2) Multiple print strokes for each head, 3) print features, which can either automatically print one shirt an entire cycle or print only selected heads, without ever needing to leave the control panel area, 4) Dwell times to adjust cycling speed/cool down time, 5) Full flash programming including dwell, 6) Individually control print heads, 7) Freewheel Mode, 8) Precise source for any press cycle pause or interruption, such as a tripped safety bar.
Head Control Centers. See High Performance features at top.
Tool-less adjustments. Not only do we pile on standard features, but careful thought has been given to how each feature is integrated into the overall package, providing uncomplicated methods to precisely and quickly control adjustments. Some can even be executed with a single hand.
> Front Stroke Adjustment. Hand turn knob to unlock, then slide stroke stop. On optional AC heads simply slide stop while depressing locking pin.
> Rear Stroke Adjustment. Same as front stroke adjustment.
> Central Off-contact. Just turn the adjustment. It works in gauged increments. Each click is a sixteenth of a complete turn. And each complete turn is a sixteenth of and inch. This means simple single-handed adjustment can easily be made in increments of .004". This means, for example, you can identify the number of clicks required to go from regular shirts to sweats and each time you do sweats simply adjust the same number of clicks.
> Micro-Registration. Our "true" 3-point micro-registration is equally easy to use. Once the locking knobs are released easily tune in (uses fine threads) straight top-to-bottom, left-to-right, and angle. System includes a guide to clearly indicate the distance moved. There are no sudden jumps that are inherent in other systems.
> Squeegee and Flood Bar Angle Adjustment. Again loosen the hand-operated locking knob and adjust angle along calibrated continuum. No guessing and no need to move up to an option package to get them included free of charge.
> Squeegee and Flood Bar Depth Adjustments. Fine tuning is easily obtained with gauged motion similar to central off-contact. Just dial the number of clicks to obtain precise control
A2) RAPID SET UP AND CHANGE OVER
Uniquely designed features reduce many tasks to one rapid motion, making change over between jobs a snap.
> Front Loading Screens. A flip of the pneumatic screen clamps allows screens to simply slide in and out of the side screen holders.
> Quick Release Side Hinges. A quick turn of the locking knob and the screens can also be removed from the side for tight spaces or quick changeover without ever touching or removing the squeegee or flood bar.
> Quick Release Squeegee and Flood Bars. A flip of the lever allows squeegee and flood bars to simply pop out. To replace just snap in. This recent exclusive innovation standardizes a feature many have been doing without due to the hefty $400 per head price for pneumatics.
> Quick Release Pallet System. Changing from regular size to youth pallets on the next job? This innovation reduces pallet changes to load and lock with one flip of a lever.
> Screen width adjustment. Side screen holders easily adjust. If you have different size screens - such as certain existing stock from manual printing, simply turn the locking knobs and slide along the gauged track.
A3) EASE OF MAINTENANCE. Maintenance requirements are often a second thought when purchasing a press. Many times while focusing on what a press can do for you, the maintenance schedule that manufacturers require may not be at the top of your comparison list. But at Anatol we take nothing for granted. We specifically design our equipment for long life and to reduce the amount of maintenance required to get the equipment to its vintage years, even if it means building additional cost into the equipment. A perfect example of this is our true-servo technology, with a self-lubricating oil bath. The end result on maintenance is that the customer only needs to occasionally monitor the oil level, probably adding oil less than once a year as compared to others that use an oil drip method requiring: daily maintenance, costly replacement oil, and proper disposal of waste oil per local codes and regulations. We go the extra mile in all our equipment. Here are some of our features that reduce maintenance/down time.
Our heaviest-duty Servo Indexer with true precision ball screw and internal lubrication system.
Easy access grease fitting. Located on the perimeter of the carousel this feature allows for quick access to apply weekly (approximate) greasing.
Other than cleaning the equipment, there is very little maintenance other than these few items due to the technologies we employ. An example of this is our precision linear bearings, which are the heart of the print carriage system. The print heads move front to back on these. We use patented maintenance free technology where other manufacturers recommend weekly cleaning of old lubricant and regreasing.
Membrane switches. We use this technology, which is rated for millions of uses, in both our main control panel and individual head control panels. Replacing toggle switch technology, that has a much shorter life, these panels reduce trips to the hardware store and down time. In the rare case any control panel switch or other control panel component does go out, there is no troubleshooting required. Call us for a replacement panel and simply unplug one panel and plug the other in. We`ll do the panel troubleshooting not you.
B) OTHER QUALITY FEATURES Being built from the ground up to be solid in every aspect does not only reduce maintenance costs. Check out these additional features that promote smooth performance and high production speeds.
- Heavy duty steel frame with minimal deflection.
- Large diameter hardened steel center post provides a solid base for stability.
Hydraulic shock absorbers. On pneumatic print heads, after the proximity switch signals the stroke cylinder to stop the print carriage must still come to a stop. To assure the ultimate in smooth stops, Anatol employs high grade hydraulic shock absorbers at both the end of print and flood strokes.
Precision linear bearings on print carriage assure smooth and accurate print strokes even at the fastest speeds while promoting low maintenance costs.
Indexing system offers precise control of fine registration (+/- .001") of pallet position for higher resolution prints
Safety system includes safety bars between print heads and a laser beam protection system at the load/unload stations. Our innovative bars:
> Save setup time as they snap back in place after head changeover,
> Promote a safer work environment as they trip the emergency stop with well under an inch of deflection and because they are less likely to be overridden by employees as safety cords are when they become defective, and
> Reduce maintenance costs/ downtime because they are less likely to become defective.
Skip shirt smash buttons. In addition to the skip shirt functionality on the main control panel which allows the press to continue on uninterrupted while not printing on a specific pallet as it travels around the press even if a shirt is skipped or misloaded, we also include large diameter smash buttons at both load/unload stations for no-brainer quick activation of this feature.
Low profile side screen holders allow easy access to screens during both set up and while loading ink.
Compatibility. All Anatol equipment is designed to meet industry standards and expectations in all respects and can be used with virtually all other manufacturers accessories such as pre-press registration systems and pallets.
Chopper motion type squeegee and flood bars provides for optimal control even at high speeds. Squeegee and flood bar
Squeegee pressure regulator with gauge standard on each print head
Precise central off contact adjustment in .004" increments
